INTERVIEWING Gwen Taylor was just like chatting to your next-door neighbour – for all that she has had, and continues to have, a very successful career in acting, she remains decidedly down-to-earth. When I enquired why she still kept up a punishing schedule touring, at an age when many of us just want to rein back, she was very candid.
