Derbyshire Wildlife Trust and Nestlé Waters are working in partnership for a fourth year to support the Get Better With Nature programme. The initiative aims to promote understanding of the value of nature and the benefits it can have on our health and wellbeing. Louise Baker, a volunteer for Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, explains more.
THE LINKS between wildlife and emotional wellbeing are nothing new; we’ve known for a while that nature has the ability to calm and soothe, and that those spending time in the great outdoors are generally happier and more content than those spending hours
