Reflections contributor and food festival organiser Richard Alsop may have had to cancel several events – but he’s found a novel way to keep local foodies happy!
For Richard has created a Facebook book called ‘Quarantine Cuisine’ which has gathered nearly 2,000 followers in only a fortnight – a group of people who are sharing recipes and pictures of their own or their favourite dishes.
Richard – who has built a ‘Quarantine Kitchen’ in his own garden! – has also recorded his first two video episodes, which can be viewed by following these links:

Richard and his wife Laura, who gave birth to a daughter Lena earlier this year, run Edge Events, the company behind a series of successful food and drink festivals in Derbyshire in recent years.
