IF YOU’RE NOT AN AVID FOOTBALL FAN, you’re probably not the only one who was thinking “who?” when Harry Maguire’s name was announced in England’s 2018 World Cup squad. After all, the Leicester City defender had only made five England caps before journeying to Russia and hadn’t played for any of the Premier League big boys. But after starting all but one game of England’s journey to the semi-finals, not to mention scoring a bullet header against Sweden, local lad Harry has become a household name and, for many youngsters, a footballing hero.
