A real crowd-pleaser

THIS month, locals Alvin Caudwell (freelance food PR and amateur cook) and Amanda Heading (registered nutritionist) have teamed up to give us their tagliata, a crowd-pleasing, brightly-coloured summer dish.

Amanda shares her expert opinion: this dish invokes the flavours and health benefits of the Mediterranean; and grassfed beef is leaner, contains fewer calories and is higher in nutrients, plus it contains less gluten compared to grain-fed (gluten is linked to an increased risk of inflammatory reactions and reduced gut health)…
