Fancy a very tasty ‘bulk cook’?

FOOD festival organiser Richard Alsop clearly likes a bargain as, last month, he bought 40 chicken legs for just £2.99. Obviously, they were very, very close to their ‘use by date’, which meant Richard had to move fast and cook them. So, he decided on a bulk cook of one of his favourite dishes – Sicilian Chicken Legs – with the vast majority then going straight into the freezer! But it is a lovely dish, and Richard reckons it will comfortably serve 15 people overall.
