Food and drink festival organiser Richard Alsop is made to feel one of the family at a restaurant in Chesterfield’s twin town in France.
I HAVE never visited a twin town on purpose before and, to be honest, when we stumbled across Troyes, in France, one of the twin towns of Chesterfield, I was still none the wiser. You would never have thought they were twins because upon first glance they didn’t bare any resemblance to each other… but the good thing about this relationship was that it definitely offered me something to write about!
