THE Spotted Cow in Holbrook, near Belper, is owned by 225 people. Having closed its doors in 2014, campaigners from the Holbrook Community Society began a fight to buy their beloved village pub.
In 2016 it was declared an asset of community value and a total of 225 investors joined forces to buy the building and the adjacent car park…
