A great start – or a fantastic finish – to any meal!

NEW head chef at Audley St Elphin’s Park in Darley Dale, Ray Moody, has provided us  with a dessert which, he says, he popped onto the menu at the Orangery Restaurant and bar/bistro there and “it went down a storm”…
