What a season for the Spireites! Here we reflect on a campaign that proved just champion for Chesterfield.
IT’S been quite a season for the Spireites. In fact, there’s never been a dull moment since the club and its fans said farewell to Saltergate in the spring of 2010. Two championships, two managers, one relegation, two trips to Wembley, several internationals – not to mention a ‘party’ or two at its new home – Chesterfield FC has indeed been ‘where it’s at’ for the past four years.
For those of us who have been supporting the club for many years, it has definitely been worth the wait! And for those veteran fans, like me…
