How are you feeling?

As we juggle busy lives, it’s easy to push our own health and wellbeing to the bottom of our to-do lists.

Yet looking after our health is one of the greatest investments we can make – for ourselves and our business.

This month sees the launch of the Derbyshire Health & Wellbeing Showcase, bringing together leading specialists from across the East Midlands.

Organised by Derbyshire Business Events, the showcase – on Thursday 15th October – features a diverse group of participants, from fitness studios and nutritionists to mental health practitioners, holistic therapists and workplace ergonomics specialists.

Designed to inspire, educate and rejuvenate, the interactive all-day showcase combines a vibrant business exhibition with four expert-led seminars and live demonstrations, offering a unique platform to explore the latest innovations in professional care and personal wellness.

The showcase is organised by Simon and Emily Coy, of Derbyshire Business Events.

“As small business owners ourselves, we are very aware of how important it is to stay healthy and active, both physically and mentally,” explains Simon. “We wanted to create an event where local businesspeople from both inside and outside the wellbeing sector can visit, make great new connections and source all their wellness needs in one place.”

Emily adds: “We are really excited that visitors can leave the office for a few hours and engage with some of the best health and wellbeing businesses in the region. Plus, they can be inspired by four amazing free seminars presented by wellness specialists covering a diverse range of topics from increasing resilience to getting fitter to life saving CPR.”

The event is hosted – and sponsored – by Holiday Inn Mansfield-Alfreton and offers a perfect opportunity to make new contacts and network with potential clients, suppliers, and industry professionals from across the region.

The Derbyshire Health & Wellbeing Showcase is FREE to attend. A small number of exhibitor stands are available, from just £99 + VAT.  To learn more, please visit www.derbyshirebusinessevents.co.uk or email info@derbyshirebusinessevents.co.uk
